The chairman of the WCBS Solidarity Anti-Doping Fund was an expert at the international conference GPS’23 (Global Promoters Summit) in Qinhuangdao, China. In his speech, he spoke about WCBS anti-doping activities and thanked Mr. Qiao Bing – president of the Joy Billiard Promotion Co. for financial support of the Fund. The conference was attended by representatives of over 40 countries from Europe, Australia, Asia, Africa and the Americas.
